Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario renew their partnership for the next three seasons

The Club and its Main Global Partner embark on a new phase with a shared project and a goal of mutual growth through 2028

Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario have reached an agreement to renew their partnership, with TM continuing as the Club’s Main Global Partner and Real Estate Partner.

The leading Alicante-based company in the residential tourism, hotel, and vacation sectors, specializing in the construction and development of properties along the Mediterranean coast and in the Caribbean, will continue to support the Valencia CF men's and women's first teams, as well as the VCF Academy, for the next three seasons, until 2028.

Through this agreement, Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario strengthen the trust, commitment, and shared vision they have built over the past two years, entering a new stage with a common project and a mutual growth objective. A major milestone of this new phase will be the move to the Nou Mestalla in the summer of 2027—a key development for the Club's future and a strategic economic and social driver for the city of Valencia.

Both parties share a positioning centered on promoting the Mediterranean lifestyle and the values that make this region unique in the world. TM Grupo Inmobiliario is also expanding its presence in the province of Valencia, with land holdings for the development of over 500 premium residential homes, such as the ‘Santa María Sea by TM’ project on El Puig beach. Furthermore, during this new strategic cycle, the company will achieve important milestones like the opening of its new corporate headquarters, a pioneering building in Torrevieja set to become a major meeting point for Spain’s residential tourism sector.

The renewed partnership goes beyond sponsorship, built on pillars like passion, corporate responsibility, and trust. A powerful example of this was the ceding of the front of the Valencia CF jersey to display the message "AMUNT Valencians" during the match against Real Betis—the first played at Mestalla following the devastating DANA storm. This historic gesture served as a tribute to the victims, those affected, and all emergency services, as well as a symbol of the Valencian people's resilience.

SHARED VISION FOR INTERNATIONAL EXPANSION

In addition to promoting and defending the Mediterranean arc, Valencia CF and TM Grupo Inmobiliario also share a common vision of international growth, resulting in numerous synergies and international events.

Together, they have showcased the touristic and investment appeal of the Valencian Community in key Central European markets such as Poland, the Czech Republic, Germany, Sweden, Luxembourg, Belgium, and the Netherlands. They have also carried out strategic activations in Mexico, where Valencia CF played against the national team last October, with the TM Group's hotel brand The Fives featured on the front of the team’s shirts.

Pablo Serna, CEO of TM Grupo Inmobiliario:
“For TM Grupo Inmobiliario, it is a source of great pride to continue strengthening our partnership with Valencia CF, a club with which we share values such as effort, excellence, and a strong connection to our roots. This strategic collaboration will allow us to continue promoting our Mediterranean lifestyle internationally, strengthen brand positioning, and achieve our growth objectives by connecting with new audiences and winning new Valencia CF fans around the world.”

Javier Solís, General Manager of Valencia CF:
“The renewal of the agreement with TM Grupo Inmobiliario as our Main Global Partner shows the strength of a partnership that works. We share common values and a clear vision for growth. For Valencia CF, it is very important to have the support of such a prestigious Valencian company, with ambitious projects ahead and a firm commitment to the Club, its fans, and its future. TM Grupo Inmobiliario is a strategic partner that will accompany us through a key moment in our history, both on and off the pitch.”
